Stretching, pinching, and making ends meet season is over! It is window opening and blessing pouring season. You’ve been obedient. You’ve taken all the tithes to His storehouse. God says test and prove Him now. Begin to profess and pray with your mouth that God has opened up the windows of heaven for you and is pouring you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. You can’t receive it if you don’t believe it. Dr.J.

Increase

I haven’t “seen” the financial increase sitting in my bank accounts but I know it’s there. Why wouldn’t it be?

God supplies all my needs and wants.
He increases me spiritually.
He increases my spiritual wisdom.
He increases my supernatural ability to see and hear into the spiritual realm.
He increases my faith through Christ Jesus.
He increases my capacity to give.
He increases my spiritual gifts for the kingdom.
He increased my heart for His people. He enlarged my territory.
He will increase my finances too because He trusts me to obey His Word.
He knows I am blessed just to be able to bless His people.

We are almost at the mid-year mark after our 1st Annual Corporate Social Media Fast! The Holy Spirit has been pressing upon me to check in NOW! We had hundreds of people fasting with us all over the world. We focused on spiritual warfare and God’s vision for our lives. We wrote in our journal about our commitment to fast and the results we were expecting! This is your post fast mid year spiritual check up!

Where are you spiritually since the fast? What manifestation have you seen since the fast? Have you been obedient in those areas for which you fasted? Have you fasted again since January 2016? Have you operated in our focus fruit of the spirit (i.e., self-control, faith, and peace)? Have you studied the Bible regularly since the fast? Do you apply your memory verses?

That fast was NOT in vain and your life was transformed as a result of your obedience AND sacrifice. We haven’t seen anything yet! We’re almost halfway there. Be careful not to mix pagan beliefs or other anti Christ beliefs with our belief in Jesus Christ and God’s principles. “Karma” is from the Buddhist and Hindu religions. The premise of karma is how you live your life determines the results of your “reincarnated” life. Believers in the body of Christ, we only have one physical birth. Satan uses subtle deception. He will deceive you into using the language of an anti Christ religion. Instead of the biblical principle of reaping and sowing you use and believe in the principle of “Karma.” Be careful of open doors and the subtle tricks of the enemy.Dr.J.

The Word in my spirit right now is “quicken” (no pun intended). You’ve been down and out and even depressed from the series of attacks that have come at you from every angle. You’ve been dealing with the attacks in your flesh. You’ve been wallowing in self-pity. You haven’t been able to pick yourself up. You’ve had enough battles for the enemy to make you lose your mind…because you’ve been fighting in your flesh. 
The flesh is a state of mind, an exposed and open spiritual dwelling place where the enemy lurks and to which he has access. 

You have no dominion in your flesh. You have no power in your flesh. God says get out of there now. Get to your secret dwelling place. He is quickening your spirit right now. The flesh profits you nothing. 

Get to His Word, a preached Word, a powerful prayer partner now and God will move. He will resuscitate, revitalize, and renew your spirit. He will give your spirit vitality through His Word. His Word will give your spirit life again. 

I was moping around because of a situation beyond my control. I clicked on my own YouTube channel and it mysteriously went to a Bill Winston sermon (favorite TV preacher). That Word jumped on me and in me so quickly. That’s when the Spirit spoke “quicken.” I was immediately invigorated in my spirit. I had the power to kill my flesh. The Word is quicken. Believe God will quicken your spirit right now in Jesus’s name. Dr.J.

Healing, Right Thoughts

“Spiritual Schizophrenia Confuses the Body and Hinders Discipleship” by Dr.J.

We cannot be schizophrenic believers. Sometimes we may have to wait until after God heals us and delivers us from spiritual schizophrenia before we minister to God’s people. We will have the people of God confused and unbelievers terrified about coming to Christ by the way we act. One minute we’re preaching and inspiring and the next minute we’re cussing and fussing. One minute we’re publicly pronouncing our faith, then publicly denouncing it. One day we’re believing God, and the next we’re speaking death. God doesn’t condemn us but He will hold us accountable for our extreme worldly emotional and mental reactions to situations in one minute and our spiritual reactions in the next minute. 

God sat me down for a minute until He got me together – not perfect but steadfast. Let God heal you so He can use you. Let God heal us first before we mislead God’s people and those who “would be” God’s people. Kingdom building is too serious to play with. Dr.J.

Occult

“Stop Fraternizing” by Dr.J.

You may be a part of a fraternity. You have fraternity brothers. But God says, you can’t fraternize. This season God is calling you out from among them, to separate from sin, to stop touching their filthy things in their filthy sin havens. God says your bond with Him is deeper than any other earthly connection you’ve made. This is the season for being separate and set apart. Your time is up for fraternizing with the enemy. Your time is up for craving spiritual milk. Dr.J.

“Do You Love My Child Like He’s Yours?” by Dr.J.

When you’re single with a child, ask yourself this question about the man or woman you’re with, “Do you love my child like he’s yours or do you only love my child because he’s mine?” The Holy Spirit showed me a difference. It takes time to develop the former but eventually you need both. God will give you a person who will love you and your child unconditionally. Wait on that kind of love. Dr.J.

A Japanese Maple, variety Bloodgood, is a rare beauty amongst trees. In the right season, its buds blossom into rich, fruitful, productive leaves. Each right season, you can see the tree’s growth. It is broader; its limbs are more extended. But only in the right season. 

In our right season, after we’ve allowed God to prune dead habits, barren thoughts, unhealthy words, unfruitful relationships; after leaves of worry, lack of faith, and sin have fallen; then, and only then do we bear the leaves and the fruit we were created to bear. 

God I thank You for my pruning season! I am ready for my right season, to prosper in every area of my life and to bear fruit. Dr.J.

“Make Heaven Come to Earth” by Dr.J.

I read a devotion the other day that said, “Your role is to make heaven come to earth.” When I really got revelation about the statement in the context of the entire devotion, I thought, ‘The the power of the Holy Spirit in me, the love of Jesus in me, and the image of God in me should make heaven real to those who encounter me.’ Jesus. I immediately started praying, “Lord fix me!” But the Holy Spirit reassured me that though I won’t ever be perfect until I’m completely transformed when Christ returns, lives will be changed through the power of the Holy Spirit in me. 

Do you take your role seriously? Yes. It’s your role too. Do you know that the enemy is on the warpath to win souls for hell? Are you fighting harder to help bring others to repentance and acceptance of Christ? Or is your focus on you and your desires for stuff in this world like chasing paper and degrees and a man or woman or fame to impress people on this side? How much longer do we even have here?

Our walk is serious and intentional. Our walk is about the kingdom. No, you’re not perfect either but God’s plan to use us in this role is perfect. Dr.J.
