“Bow Out Now” by Dr. Jené Walker

The signs are there. They have always been there. You know if this “thing” is just physical. You know if it’s “shallow.” You know if it’s just a superficial attraction. But what often holds us here in this kind of situation is an extremely strong desire for “some” type of attention or “any” kind of affection. We’re prolonging the inevitable and delaying the real blessings Jehovah has for us. I know it gets difficult in the flesh. I know the desire for companionship can be overwhelmingly strong at times. I know what it’s like to experience a four year drought just to have the “wrong man” to be the first candidate after the drought. It’s tempting. To just have someone, anyone but don’t. It isn’t a good feeling when the physical attraction wears off and the idea of you just isn’t that interesting any more, and the phone calls die down and the texts subside. And you find out that your heart means nothing to a man who was never created for you in the first place. Bow out gracefully NOW and trust God’s timing.

2017 Fall Fast: “A Change in Seasons” by Dr. Jené Walker

FAST: NOVEMBER 24-DECEMBER 23
You have to resolve in your minds now what you will and will not do during this fast. You don’t make it up as you go. You decide now how you will sacrifice now and be intentional and committed to your decision. This 30-day fast is continual with no breaks. On 11.24.17 after 6:00PM, we will no longer be on our regular eating diet. We will implement the diet we have decided upon for the duration of the 30 days. Make sure your doctor has approved your 30-day fasting diet. If you’re interested in a 7-Day Detox beginning on 11.27.17 through 12.6.17, please contact Montré C Stewart via her inbox. Make sure you schedule some time at 6:00AM (or whenever your schedule permits) to read the Word, pray, and go into His presence. I will try to “Go Live” around that time as much as possible as Holy Spirit leads.

“Daniel Fast: Day 21” by Dr.J. POST 34

Sin blinds. Hardness of heart blinds. Rejection of truth blinds. Being unteachable blinds. Thinking you know everything blinds.

Your eyes have been opened. Your perspective has changed. You know the truth. You know the mysteries of God. You can’t be deceived. You are awakened.

How do we stay awake? How do we avoid the risk of falling back asleep? Stay in the Spirit. Stay in the Word. Keep your heart free. Flee from sin. Don’t reject the truth that is right before your eyes. Don’t be naive. Don’t be seduced by psychological warfare. Don’t be a victim of oppression. Pray for revelation.

16003117_1641539712528663_1426901295073759254_n

Stay at the feet of Jesus. He is the answer. But whatever you do, never go back to a sleepy state. You will never again look at the world the same. You are awake in Jesus’s name.

“Daniel Fast: Days 19-21” by Dr.J. Post 33

2017 Daniel Fast: Awakening Days 19, 20, & 21
Journal Writing Reflections: “We see idol worship as detestable to God throughout our study. How can we make sure we do not practice idolatry? Describe the awakening in Zechariah 12.”
“Discuss the 1/3 of the people who will be the remnant of God. They obeyed God no matter what. Why is our obedience now a matter of life and death? Are you in the 1/3?”
“Discuss the reign of the Messiah. How does this Jerusalem in Zechariah Ch. 14 resemble the New Jerusalem in Revelation 21?”
Days 19-21 Bible Study: Zechariah Chapters 12, 13 & 14
Week 3 Memory Verses: John 4:23-24 (NIV) & 1 Corinthians 2:13-14
Spiritual Gift: Discerning of Spirits

We are ending the final three days of our fasting study looking at Zechariah’s prophecies and a flash forward to John’s end times prophecy in Revelation 21. When all the nations (some say this is the final battle on the earth, Armageddon) come against Judah and Jerusalem, God will make Jerusalem an immovable rock and He will keep watch over Judah. Judah will consume all their enemies. The house of David will mourn for Jesus Christ. It will be a day of awakening when they clearly see the Messiah for who He is. They will grieve bitterly because they will finally see. False prophets will be punished and afraid to proclaim their ministry because of all their lies and deception. God hates idolatry and He puts and end to it. God will strike down 2/3 in the whole land (the world, earth). If you calculated 2/3 of the entire world’s population and the remaining 1/3; thsoe are frightening numbers. Only God’s people will escape the wrath of God (1/3). Finally, the Lord’s day is coming.Jesus says there will be a great split and His people will flee. Then the Lord will come and all the holy ones. On that day, there won’t be any more sunlight, cold, or darkness – no more distinction between day and night. The people who came against Israel (Jerusalem) will have rotting flesh, eye sockets, and tongues. There will be a great panic. Revelation 21:6-8 “He said to me: ‘It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life. Those who are victorious will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children. But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.’”

The end of this fast is an opportunity to reflect on the entire fast but also on how your life should be transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit operating in you. There are some things you will never do again by the power of the Holy Spirit. You sacrificed and stayed away from sinful habits for 21 days. To return to those things would be rebellion.  There are ways that you will never treat the people of God again. Prejudices and racist spirits have already been commanded to leave in Jesus’s name.  Some of us haven’t been able to receive a Word or the truth from certain prophets because of the color of their skin.

The Spirit of Racism DOES Exist

I’m declaring and decreeing that those hidden and subconscious prejudices and even hate come to the surface so we can rebuke it and be delivered in Jesus’s name. Your eyes are awakened to the synagogue of Satan and you now know the real Israel from the counterfeit. Your eyes have been awakened to the spirit of oppression, psychological warfare, whitewashing, and covering the truth (Exodus 1 & Deuteronomy 28). How can a movie be written and produced about a group of Hebrew women who computed all the Mathematical hidden figures for NASA and the world never knew about it? We are awakened to the deception and lies of Satan. You know of a great awakening to come during which God’s chosen people will have the scales to fall off their eyes and wake up to who we really are (Ezekiel 37 & 38). You know that there will be a convergence of the Jew (Hebrew Israelite) and the Gentiles when the time of the Gentiles is fulfilled (Ephesians 2, Romans 11). We have even been awakened about who we are as individuals in the five-fold ministry. As a result of of the awakening in us, we will preach and prophesy the truth God revealed or be held accountable for not speaking the truth. January 21, 2017 at 6:00 will complete the 3rd (holy number) cycle of 7 (number for completion and perfection).  God bless and prosper you always in Jesus’s name. I love you.

“Daniel Fast: Day 18” by Dr.J. POST 32

2017 Daniel Fast Awakening
Day 18 Journal Writing Reflection:
“Again, we see the four corners of the earth. God sealed the tribe of Israel first. Who are these people? How are we all protected during the tribulation?”

Day 18 Bible Study:
Revelation Ch. 7 :1-17

Week 3 Memory Verses:
John 4:23-24 (NIV)
1 Corinthians 2:13-14 (NIV)

Week 3 Spiritual Gift
Discerning Spirits

Revelation 7 (NIV)
144,000 Sealed
1 After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth to prevent any wind from blowing on the land or on the sea or on any tree.
2 Then I saw another angel coming up from the east, having the seal of the living God. He called out in a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm the land and the sea:
3 “Do not harm the land or the sea or the trees until we put a seal on the foreheads of the servants of our God.”
4 Then I heard the number of those who were sealed: 144,000 from all the tribes of Israel.
5 From the tribe of Judah 12,000 were sealed,
from the tribe of Reuben 12,000,
from the tribe of Gad 12,000,
6 from the tribe of Asher 12,000,
from the tribe of Naphtali 12,000,
from the tribe of Manasseh 12,000,
7 from the tribe of Simeon 12,000,
from the tribe of Levi 12,000,
from the tribe of Issachar 12,000,
8 from the tribe of Zebulun 12,000,
from the tribe of Joseph 12,000,
from the tribe of Benjamin 12,000.
The Great Multitude in White Robes
9 After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.
10 And they cried out in a loud voice:
“Salvation belongs to our God,
who sits on the throne,
and to the Lamb.”
11 All the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures. They fell down on their faces before the throne and worshiped God,
12 saying:
“Amen!
Praise and glory
and wisdom and thanks and honor
and power and strength
be to our God for ever and ever.
Amen!”
13 Then one of the elders asked me, “These in white robes—who are they, and where did they come from?”
14 I answered, “Sir, you know.”
And he said, “These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 1
15 Therefore,
“they are before the throne of God
and serve him day and night in his temple;
and he who sits on the throne
will shelter them with his presence.
16 ‘Never again will they hunger;
never again will they thirst.
The sun will not beat down on them,’
nor any scorching heat.
17 For the Lamb at the center of the throne
will be their shepherd;
‘he will lead them to springs of living water.’
‘And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’”

Before the winds of judgment blows, God said to first seal His servants. The tribes of Israel, that we see in Exodus Chapter 1, are sealed first. Who are these people? These tribes make up Israel, the chosen people of God. So even at the end of time as we know and understand it, God remembers His chosen people. We see Israel, not spiritual Israel (the Church) of being important to God from the Old Testament to the New Testament.  There is a similar event that occurs in Ezekiel 9:3-4 “The the Lord called to the man clothed in linen who had the writing kit at his side and said to him, ‘Go throughout the city of Jerusalem and put a mark on the foreheads of those who grieve and lament over all the detestable things that are done in it.”  Of course this seal is in complete opposition with the mark of the beast (666).

We can rest assuredly that God hasn’t forgotten all the other nations that He promised to Abraham. Because next in John’s vision, John sees a multitude of of people and they all were protected.

Revelation 7:15 Therefore,
“they are before the throne of God
and serve him day and night in his temple;
and he who sits on the throne
will shelter them with his presence.

If we look at previous chapters of Revelation, there were judgments that took place before the people of God were sealed. That lets us know that if we’re alive during this time, that we will witness devastation unlike anything we’ve ever seen. The discipline that most of you exercised during this fast is deeper than these 21 days but it is in preparation for the things to come.

Revelation 7:11-12
11 All the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures. They fell down on their faces before the throne and worshiped God,
12 saying:
“Amen!
Praise and glory
and wisdom and thanks and honor
and power and strength
be to our God for ever and ever.
Amen!”

This is a picture I will always have in my mind about how worship looks in heaven. They fell down on their faces before the throne. When was the last time you fell down? Opened your mouth and spoke reverent words to God? We are at the end of our fast. I think now is a great time to worship Him in spirit and in truth.

Why is it significant that we awaken now?

Deuteronomy 30:1-6

Deuteronomy 30:1-6 (NIV)

Prosperity After Turning to the Lord
1 When all these blessings and curses I have set before you come on you and you take them to heart wherever the Lord your God disperses you among the nations,
2 and when you and your children return to the Lord your God and obey him with all your heart and with all your soul according to everything I command you today,
3 then the Lord your God will restore your fortunes[a] and have compassion on you and gather you again from all the nations where he scattered you.
4 Even if you have been banished to the most distant land under the heavens, from there the Lord your God will gather you and bring you back.
5 He will bring you to the land that belonged to your ancestors, and you will take possession of it. He will make you more prosperous and numerous than your ancestors.
6 The Lord your God will circumcise your hearts and the hearts of your descendants, so that you may love him with all your heart and with all your soul, and live.

Awakening

The previous study of Deuteronomy Chapter 28, “The Willie Lynch Letter,” as well as the psychological warfare and spiritual oppression that still occurs are manifestations of the curses in our study. You can recall specific events in history and currently that demonstrate that the prophecy in Deuteronomy 28 is being fulfilled.

Deuteronomy Chapter 30 depicts the prosperity and restoration of the nation of Israel. It is imperative that the chosen people of God awaken now because when we awaken in who we are in Christ, we will truly repent and turn from our wicked ways through the spirit of repentance and restoration that God will evoke. When we repent,  us and our children, and obey Him will all our hear and our soul, then the Lord will restore our fortunes and have compassion on us. He will gather us again from all the nations.

Ezekiel 37:21-23 says, “and say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will take the Israelites out of the nations where they have gone. I will gather them from all around and bring them back into their own land. I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. There will be one king over all of them and they will never again be two nations or be divided into two kingdoms. They will no longer defile themselves with their idols and vile images or with any of their offenses, for I will save them from all their sinful backsliding, and I will cleanse them. They will be my people, and I will be their God.”

Our awakening as the church is imperative because we have a responsibility to prophesy to others for their awakening. Jene Walker

Week 3 Memory Verses:
John 4:23-24 (NIV)
1 Corinthians 2:13-14 (NIV)

Discerning of Spirits

The true Hebrew Israelites, Israel, are the chosen people of God. God’s chosen people were enslaved in Egypt for approximately 400 years and were enslaved again by prophetic Egypt, transported by slave ships to a nation that is “like an eagle swooping down.” Deuteronomy 28:49-50 says, “The Lord will bring a nation against you [Hebrew Israelites] from far away, from the ends of the earth, like an eagle [nation] swooping down, a nation whose language you will not understand, a fierce-looking nation without respect for the old or pity for the young.”

Any other group of people posing as true Israel is counterfeit if it doesn’t meet the criteria that is in the Word of God. Nations, governments, or individuals that identify the chosen people of God in opposition to God’s Word are counterfeit. God has been saying for us to pay attention to what is counterfeit in this season. Everything isn’t what it seems. We are searching for answers from Holy Spirit in this season. We are seeking God for the spirit of discernment so that we can recognize the fake and the phony and the counterfeit in this season. The wool has been pulled from over our eyes during this era of awakening in Jesus’s name.

The Jews (Hebrew Israelites) during the time of Jesus were zealous for God but their zeal was not based on knowledge (See Romans 10.). Although they had and thoroughly knew the scriptures in the Old Testament and the prophesies of the coming of Jesus, that knowledge still wasn’t enough to help them to receive Jesus when He came. Is this how we view the Word of God? We read it; we know it; but when things are manifested on the earth, we just can’t receive it or believe it because it goes against what we thought it should be or what we’ve always understood; or how we envisioned it in our finite minds. When Jesus, a Hebrew Israelite, came in the form of a man, the Jews (Hebrew Israelites) expected a king who would deliver them from oppression, not understanding that Jesus would deliver them from oppression and even the sins of the world. It is imperative that we pray for the spiritual gift of knowledge and wisdom because it is possible to worship, serve, and even think we know a God of whom we have no real knowledge (See Romans 10.). The Jews refused to submit to the righteousness of God because righteousness is by faith. Their hearts were too hardened to believe the Word in flesh, even as He stood there before them.

Because of the Jew’s obstinate spirit, God chose another nation to make Israel envious. God said He would make Israel an angry nation that has no understanding (See Deuteronomy 32:21). In Isaiah 65:1, Isaiah says, “I was found by those who did not seek me; I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me.” Who are these people who would be extended the privilege of the gospel? The Gentiles. Open your eyes for the prophesy of the Jews and Gentiles who will collide all over this world in unity for the kingdom of God. That is the convergence to come. Wake up.

The Awakening

“Around 1,000 B.C., farmers learned a way to use cuttings from a tree. They discovered that branch from one tree could be inserted into a cut on another tree, and this foreign branch would become part of the new tree. This allowed for the use of a mature root and trunk system in production of fruit different from the “host” tree. The method is known as “grafting” and is an important part of orchard science today. Paul used this his insights about grafting and the olive tree to relate to the audience of the book of Romans.”[1]

Grafted in. Digital images. Accessed August 21, 2016. http://www.ziontrumpet.org.

The Remnant of Israel Romans 1:1-36
1 I ask, then, has God rejected his people? By no means! For I myself am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, a member of the tribe of Benjamin.
2 God has not rejected his people whom he foreknew. Do you not know what the Scripture says of Elijah, how he appeals to God against Israel?
3 “Lord, they have killed your prophets, they have demolished your altars, and I alone am left, and they seek my life.”
4 But what is God’s reply to him? “I have kept for myself seven thousand men who have not bowed the knee to Baal.”
5 So too at the present time there is a remnant, chosen by grace.
6 But if it is by grace, it is no longer on the basis of works; otherwise grace would no longer be grace.
7 What then? Israel failed to obtain what it was seeking. The elect obtained it, but the rest were hardened,
8 as it is written,
“God gave them a spirit of stupor,
eyes that would not see
and ears that would not hear,
down to this very day.”
9 And David says,
“Let their table become a snare and a trap,
a stumbling block and a retribution for them;
10 let their eyes be darkened so that they cannot see,
and bend their backs forever.”
Gentiles Grafted In
11 So I ask, did they stumble in order that they might fall? By no means! Rather, through their trespass salvation has come to the Gentiles, so as to make Israel jealous.
12 Now if their trespass means riches for the world, and if their failure means riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their full inclusion mean!
13 Now I am speaking to you Gentiles. Inasmuch then as I am an apostle to the Gentiles, I magnify my ministry
14 in order somehow to make my fellow Jews jealous, and thus save some of them.
15 For if their rejection means the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance mean but life from the dead?
16 If the dough offered as firstfruits is holy, so is the whole lump, and if the root is holy, so are the branches.
17 But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, although a wild olive shoot, were grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing root of the olive tree,
18 do not be arrogant toward the branches. If you are, remember it is not you who support the root, but the root that supports you.
19 Then you will say, “Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in.”
20 That is true. They were broken off because of their unbelief, but you stand fast through faith. So do not become proud, but fear.
21 For if God did not spare the natural branches, neither will he spare you.
22 Note then the kindness and the severity of God: severity toward those who have fallen, but God’s kindness to you, provided you continue in his kindness. Otherwise you too will be cut off.
23 And even they, if they do not continue in their unbelief, will be grafted in, for God has the power to graft them in again.
24 For if you were cut from what is by nature a wild olive tree, and grafted, contrary to nature, into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these, the natural branches, be grafted back into their own olive tree.

T-Chart of the Jews and Gentiles

Explain the differences (or similarities) between the Jews and Gentiles:

Jews

Chosen people (original Hebrew Israelites)

Enslaved 400 years in Egypt (enslaved again later by a nation like an eagle; brought in on ships)

Stumbled but will still recover when they are gathered together from all the nations the earth in the end (see Ezekiel)

Trespassed (sinned)

Failure to believe in Jesus

Will be fully included

A remnant of believing Jews

Paul hoped that Spreading the gospel to Gentiles would make the Hebrew Israelites (Jews) jealous and it would save some of them

Rejected Jesus

Acceptance of the gospel would bring them back to life because without Christ they are dead

First fruit offering (Israel God’s possession)

Root

Broken branches (to keep the tree holy)

Share in the nourishing root

Broken off because of unbelief

Natural branches (original chosen of God on the original Olive Tree)

Suffered the severity of God if they were fallen

Will be grafted in again

Cultivated olive tree

Gentiles (non Jews, all other nations of world)

Salvation came to them (gospel preached) because Jews stumbled

Received riches of salvation because of the Jews hardened hearts

Had a personal apostle, Paul

Reconciliation (receiving the gospel message) because of Jew’s rejection

Wild olive shoot (part of the sacred tree)

Grafted in

Share in the nourishing root

Warned by Paul not to be arrogant (must have felt sanctimonious because Jews were broken off and they were grafted in)

Grafted in because of faith

Experienced the kindness of God if they continue in the faith

Wild olive tree

All Israel Will Be Saved

25 I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers and sisters, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in,
26 and in this way all Israel will be saved. As it is written:
“The deliverer will come from Zion;
he will turn godlessness away from Jacob.
27 And this is my covenant with them
when I take away their sins.”
28 As far as the gospel is concerned, they are enemies for your sake; but as far as election is concerned, they are loved on account of the patriarchs,
29 for God’s gifts and his call are irrevocable.
30 Just as you who were at one time disobedient to God have now received mercy as a result of their disobedience,
31 so they too have now become disobedient in order that they too may now[h] receive mercy as a result of God’s mercy to you.
32 For God has bound everyone over to disobedience so that he may have mercy on them all.
Doxology
33 Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and[i] knowledge of God!
How unsearchable his judgments,
and his paths beyond tracing out!
34 “Who has known the mind of the Lord?
Or who has been his counselor?”
35 “Who has ever given to God,
that God should repay them?”
36 For from him and through him and for him are all things.
To him be the glory forever! Amen.

“2017 Daniel Fast: You’re at the Halfway Mark” Day 11 by Dr.J. POST 26

I won’t let go until He blesses me on January 21 at 6pm. I’ve had physical reactions from this fast. I’ve had to stop working for short periods because of the physical aspects of this fast. I’ve had side effects from not eating and drinking what my body is used to. But if it isn’t life or death, I CAN’T QUIT. Why? Because I’m fasting for life or death blessings. I have pages of visions and promises He has shown me. I want spiritual wisdom, knowledge and discernment on a higher spiritual level. I need spiritual blessings for ministry. I need financial blessings to steward for my family and the kingdom of God. I need debt cancellation from the economic warfare system and from stupid mistakes I’ve made. I CAN’T QUIT. This is deep. This isn’t about the group. This is personal for me. I need supernatural blessings in my life. I CAN’T QUIT.

Genesis 32:23-31 “After he had sent them across the stream, he sent over all his possessions. So Jacob was left alone, and a man wrestled with him till daybreak. When the man saw that he could not overpower him, he touched the socket of Jacob’s hip so that his hip was wrenched as he wrestled with the man. Then the man said, ‘Let me go, for it is daybreak.’ But Jacob replied, ‘I will not let you go unless you bless me.’ The man asked him, ‘What is your name?’ ‘Jacob,’ he answered. Then the man said, ‘Your name will no longer be Jacob, but Israel, because you have struggled with God and with humans and have overcome. Jacob said, ‘Please tell me your name.’ But he replied, ‘Why do you ask my name?’ Then he blessed him there. So Jacob called the place Peniel,[b] saying, ‘It is because I saw God face to face [theophany], and yet my life was spared.’ The sun rose above him as he passed Peniel,[c] and he was limping because of his hip.”

The Awakening

Exodus 1:11-22 (NIV)
11 So they put slave masters over them to oppress them with forced labor, and they built Pithom and Rameses as store cities for Pharaoh.
12 But the more they were oppressed, the more they multiplied and spread; so the Egyptians came to dread the Israelites
13 and worked them ruthlessly.
14 They made their lives bitter with harsh labor in brick and mortar and with all kinds of work in the fields; in all their harsh labor the Egyptians worked them ruthlessly.
15 The king of Egypt said to the Hebrew midwives, whose names were Shiphrah and Puah,
16 “When you are helping the Hebrew women during childbirth on the delivery stool, if you see that the baby is a boy, kill him; but if it is a girl, let her live.”
17 The midwives, however, feared God and did not do what the king of Egypt had told them to do; they let the boys live.
18 Then the king of Egypt summoned the midwives and asked them, “Why have you done this? Why have you let the boys live?”
19 The midwives answered Pharaoh, “Hebrew women are not like Egyptian women; they are vigorous and give birth before the midwives arrive.”
20 So God was kind to the midwives and the people increased and became even more numerous.
21 And because the midwives feared God, he gave them families of their own.
22 Then Pharaoh gave this order to all his people: “Every Hebrew boy that is born you must throw into the Nile, but let every girl live.”

Pharaoh and his officials realized that the more they (Egyptians) oppressed the Hebrews, the more they multiplied (increased in number) and spread (break or burst out from a womb or enclosure). Can you see that in your own life? The closer you get to birthing what God has for you, the more you’re hated by people under the influence of the devil. In the same way that the Hebrew Israelites were not broken by oppression, neither will we be. Have you been in oppressive environments with oppressive leaders before? Some leaders oppress because they were oppressed. It is a spirit. You have to begin to pray and fast and labor in the spirit against the spirit of oppression. If it has infiltrated a system and everyone in the system is affected by it, God Himself may have to move you or deliver you from the situation.

I have seen an abnormal measure of demonic oppressive activity in a specific territory or region. Most of the people who lived in the region were oppressed. Those who were oppressed struggled financially. They struggled with familial conflict or severe issues concentrated in their families. They struggled with drugs or alcoholism. They struggled with gang violence and fighting. They struggled with the desire to live at the level of God’s standards for them. Although all of us have some of the same struggles as individuals, this specific region was affected because it was under demonic attack and the oppression was spiritually infectious. Since the children were strategically located in a specific territory, the children were zoned for schools in this territory. The schools struggled with the same spiritual issues that were prevalent in the territory. Although there were pockets of success, it was a struggle to get to the level of success the children deserved. Staff, programs, and grants alone in the absence of spiritual warfare will not be able to break up the demonic activity and oppression at this magnitude or any level for that matter. Also, the enemy strategically set up people who supported his agenda to work in these places. Behind what appears to be all “social ills and socio-economic status issues” is a spiritual force working and operating in the spiritual realm to kill, steal, destroy, oppress, impoverish and ultimately annihilate a specific group of people and the body of Christ. Wake up.

The enemy has a strategic hit out on the chosen people of God and the people of God at large. The Egyptians – used by the enemy for we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against spiritual wickedness in high places – loathed and abhorred the Israelites with sickening dread. They were vexed by their numbers and strength and drive and tenacity. They were sickened by the idea that although they had done everything to break the sons of Israel they could not break them. So, Pharaoh devised a plot to kill off their male children. If the males in this race of people could be annihilated, the women could not continue to produce more children without men.

Can you see (with your spiritual eyes) other Satanic attempts (political, systematic, subliminal or otherwise) to prevent the seed of God from being birthed? In a specific race of people? Do you see this same kind of attack – spiritual always and natural, which is still carried out through the devil’s spiritual agenda? Do you see any groups or individuals in society like the Hebrew midwives taking a stand for God and fearing God more than systems or leaders or wealth or brands or personal gain? We are waking up.

Matthew 24:24 (NIV)

Spiritual Gift of Knowledge

It is imperative that we are strong in our convictions about who Jesus Christ is –
the Son of Man
born of a virgin through the Holy Spirit
the Son of God
Our Lord and Savior
God in the flesh
The Word in the flesh
He was crucified for our sins and resurrected with all power in His hands.
His blood still has power.
He is the Messiah who is seated at the right hand of God.
In His 2nd coming, Jesus will return with a double-edged sword in His mouth
He will rule for one-thousand years
Then He will send the devil and his armies into the fiery lake of sulfur to be tormented forever more.
He will rule and reign in the New Jerusalem on the throne next to God forever more

We absolutely will not waver on those beliefs. We will stand firmly in our faith. We will not be shaken. We will die for Jesus and the kingdom of God.

There are some things of this world, however, that have been twisted, changed, distorted, abused, manipulated, adulterated, whitewashed, covered up, hidden, removed, inserted, and disregarded. Why? Because the ruler of this world is Satan the deceiver and he has people who are influenced by his spirits or who willingly work on his behalf. The last episode of deception was NOT in the Garden of Eden people of God. Do you remember how Satan used the body of a serpent to come against the kingdom of God? Come on now! Satan is the father of lies and he has been lying from the beginning to now. If we are children of God then we value the truth. When we say, “What difference does it make” regarding a new idea or paradigm presented to us, from now on we should be convicted. I know I am. I have said, “As long as I believe in Jesus, I’m not worried about anything else. I only read the Bible.” Wrong! Why? Because a child of God should always, always, always desire and seek the truth in everything. Why? Because we don’t live in a vacuum. Because the devil’s modus operandi is to deceive and lie and if we’re not interested in the whole truth, change, paradigm shifts, or a challenge of our mental status quo, then we are susceptible to being deceived by Satan himself. Matthew 24:24 (NIV)  says “For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.” If we know the truth, then we can’t be deceived by manipulated and corrupt “truth.”

There have been people from the beginning who have been under the control of Lucifer. He brought a slew of fallen angels with him when he was thrown from heaven. There are people now – even us sometimes when we are in our flesh – who are used by Satan to accomplish his purpose. Remember when you looked at the battle in Revelation chapter 7? Satan had an army that was as great in number as the number of sands. Remember Dylan Roof, the murderer who went in the church in Charleston and killed those innocent people? He was operating under demonic influence. It was a demonic terrorist attack.

Have the territorial lines or landscapes of the world changed? Can places that were originally in one location have a line drawn and the landscape (territorial lines) change? Who made these decisions over time? Can one group of people be enslaved and oppressed and as a result have their entire history wiped out? Can textbooks depict one race and omit others? Can private political systems be set up behind the scenes and make decisions (i.e., laws) to oppress a specific group of people? Can laws that go against the Word of God be passed, legislated? So, you are aware of the deception and lies that pervade our world. We have to rely only Holy Spirit to reveal the truth to us because the world is filled with lies. It is called psychological warfare.

The Awakening

The Israelites Oppressed
1 These are the names of the sons of Israel who went to Egypt with Jacob, each with his family:
2 Reuben, Simeon, Levi and Judah;
3 Issachar, Zebulun and Benjamin;
4 Dan and Naphtali; Gad and Asher.
5 The descendants of Jacob numbered seventy[a] in all; Joseph was already in Egypt.
6 Now Joseph and all his brothers and all that generation died,
7 but the Israelites were exceedingly fruitful; they multiplied greatly, increased in numbers and became so numerous that the land was filled with them.
8 Then a new king, to whom Joseph meant nothing, came to power in Egypt.
9 “Look,” he said to his people, “the Israelites have become far too numerous for us.
10 Come, we must deal shrewdly with them or they will become even more numerous and, if war breaks out, will join our enemies, fight against us and leave the country.”

In Genesis 15:12-14, God tells Abram that his descendants would be oppressed and enslaved for 400 years. “Now when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and behold, terror and great darkness fell upon him. God said to Abram, ‘Know for certain that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not theirs, where they will be enslaved and oppressed four hundred years. But I will also judge the nation whom they will serve, and afterward they will come out with many possessions.'”

God always has a plan when He allows His people to suffer. Can you still trust Him though He slays you? Remember, Satan and the fall of man (Adam and Eve’s sin) caused suffering in this world. Not God but God does allow it and uses it to judge His people. God had a plan for the Israelites to grow and become a great nation while in Egypt. He was also going to use Egypt to show His own power and might through signs, wonders, and miracles. All know who God is and His sovereignty because of Egypt. Will you be content knowing that God is using your natural bondage (not spiritual bondage because believers are set free from spiritual bondage through Jesus Christ) for His glory and power to be displayed when He delivers you? When God delivered his people from the Egyptians, they were wealthy. The came out of bondage with many possessions. What a blessing!

God spoke to Jacob (Israel) and told him to take his family to Egypt and that He would make him a great nation there in Egypt. Genesis 46:2-4 says “And God spoke to Israel in a vision at night and said, “Jacob! Jacob!” “Here I am,” he replied. “I am God, the God of your father,” he said. “Do not be afraid to go down to Egypt, for I will make you into a great nation there. I will go down to Egypt with you, and I will surely bring you back again. And Joseph’s own hand will close your eyes.”

Josephs’s family numbered at 70. Names, genealogy, and race is extremely important to God. Why else are we inundated with lineage and tracing of history, the lineage of Jesus and census counts, and names throughout the Old and New Testament. Wake up. Israel’s sons, who form the tribes of Israel are listed (Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Zebulun, Benjamin, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher). At that time, Joseph, Jacob’s (Israel’s) son was 2nd in command to Pharaoh. Joseph was able to go to Pharaoh on behalf of his family of 70 and make the best accommodations for them. But Joseph and all his brothers died, that generation, and the Israelites were fruitful and multiplied greatly.

A new king came to power who didn’t know anything about Joseph and his family and their special privileges. The number of Israelites became so numerous that it was intimidating to the new pharaoh. So wait! God allowed a pharaoh to come to power who was intimidated by, or who ultimately hated his chosen people. Wait! Intimidated? Hated? Why is a large group of people intimidating or detestable to another group of people? Why is the color of one’s skin threatening to another race? There was no indication that the Israelites were doing anything except multiplying and growing and become greater. But the king feared that they had become too great. So the king imposed laws or rules that would oppress the people who had previously received the favor of the previous pharaoh to prevent them from becoming too numerous. Wake up. Don’t just think of your individual situation; think globally. We have four prophets and over 16 teachers in our fasting group so far. You’ve been activated to go deeper.

As you read Exodus 1, look deeper than the text itself – not with your own mind but with your spirit. Pharaoh, in verse 9 says, “Look,” he said to his people, “the Israelites have become far too numerous for us. Come let us be more prudent (cunning) than they.” The language, no the spirit of pharaoh was oppressive and despotic. The spirit comes from Satan. And what spirit was underlying the spirit of despotism? Fear. So in the case of some future war, they feared that the Israelites would join with the enemy. The Israelites served the one and true God and the Egyptians had their own pagan religion. There was no indication of conflict in this area although when Joseph, a Hebrew Israelite had a child with Asenath, an Egyptian the children – Ephraim and Manasseh – were Hebrew Israelites. So there was a dominance in race and/or religion with the Hebrew people.

So if you ever ask the questions, “Why would anyone lie about where a country is located? Why would anyone oppress a specific race of people? Why would there be a counterfeit group of religious people, posing as the original chosen people? Why would a place be declared a state when God says that when this happens, certain other events would take place that haven’t yet? Why would anyone change textbooks and manipulate tests to favor one race over another? Why do people need to be awakened spiritually? Why doesn’t everyone see the same thing?” I pray that Holy Spirit will remind you of this study. Pray and ask God to give you revelation about the text and the deeper meaning of the text for awakening. Dr.J.
