Also, how will you nurture the flock and prepare individuals for their own individual assignments? What systems are in place to grow and develop five fold ministry leaders within your flock? How can you cultivate the gifts in the sheep? How will you make sure the focus is beyond the four walls and about the kingdom of God? Is every initiative focus in the area of evangelism?
