Revelation 21:8 “But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”

Revelation 22:14-15 “Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.”

In Romans 1:24-29, Paul says “For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.”

Sexual Immorality: Homosexuality
The Greek translation of sexual immorality in Revelation 21:8 and whoremonger in Revelation 22:15 is pornos, which means a man who prostitutes his body to another’s lust for hire; a man who indulges in unlawful sexual intercourse, a fornicator. In both scriptures, God says that the sexually immoral will not make it into heaven. Sexual immorality also includes the following:
any unlawful sex (not according to the world’s laws but to God’s law),
sex not ordained by God,
sex that is not covenant sex:
fornication,
adultery (sex with someone’s spouse),
homosexuality (sex with same sex),
masturbation (sex between yourself and evil spirits you conjure up or you masturbating another person),
pornography (using graphic images to have sex in your mind or to masturbate),
bestiality (sex with animals),
perversion (incest- sex with family members or objects or any other perversion),
orgies (group sex),
oral sex,
anal sex,
animalistic sex,
effeminacy in men, and
masculinity in women, etc.

Sexual immorality is one of the sins in the “list of sins” that is one of the most prevalent sins on earth. It is a sin that makes almost every sin list in the Bible. Sexual immorality is also sin that God says will prevent us from going to heaven. Do you think for one second that the devil hasn’t made this sin and the spirits associated with it some of the most powerful temptations for humanity? God says in Romans 1 that we know the truth and that when we continue in wickedness it is because we have suppressed the truth. God has shown us and we have refused to glorify God in our actions.

Although spiritual warfare is involved in our daily struggles with sexual immorality, most scriptures about sexual immorality indicate that sexual immorality is an act of our own flesh. Our flesh desires sex and we have to die to our flesh. In Romans 1, Paul wrote to a group of people in Corinth where sexual immorality and idolatrous prostitution were rampant. He refers to the people in the text as “male” and “female” to show how they have stepped outside of what natural men and women were created by God to do.

1.Women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Exchanged in the text means “changed.” The women changed what was agreeable to nature for what was against nature. The women began to have sex with other women. To exchange what God originally created and how He originally created us is a sin. It is a slap in God’s face. It is as if we don’t recognize and honor God’s sovereignty in His creating us so we exchange, change, or alter our God-given nature from how God originally intended for us to be.

2.Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. Men “left” the natural use of the woman and began to burn in their lust for another man. God said that these homosexual men committed what is shameful. The act of a man receiving another man’s penis in his anus is an act of receiving the penalty of their own error. This could mean the diseases that are a result of sexual immorality, such as HIV, or the humiliation and shame that homosexuality often causes, or worse the judgment of God. It is interesting that that law for homosexuality was passed in our nation and we seem to think that legalized homosexual marriages is “new.” Remember, Paul is speaking to the Romans in this text during the time when the Roman Empire approved of homosexual prostitution and legalized the same-sex marriage. Nero who was then the emperor, was in a pedophilia homosexual marriage during that time.

During Noah’s time, the fallen angels came down and slept with the daughters of men. But seemingly something worse happened dealing with animals of every kind and men. In Matthew 24:37-39, Jesus says “But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.” In order for Jesus to say that the people were eating and drinking and marrying and giving in marriage and then the flood took them, we know that the marrying and giving in marriage must not have been “normal” or “natural” in order for God to destroy the earth (See Genesis 6; See the Book of Enoch Chapter 7). The giants not only defiled the daughters of men but the giants and men began to sin against birds, and beasts, and reptiles, and fish, and then to devour each other’s flesh and drank blood. Bestiality, perversion, and idolatrous bloody rituals. Jesus forewarned us that this is how it will be when He comes back for us. So the legalized homosexuality of our time is a sign of the end being not near but here. Sodom and Gomorrah was a city that was infiltrated by homosexual and bloodthirsty violent men. As their sexual appetites were insatiable, they resorted to all other manners of evil (i.e., they were willing to sodomize Lot to get to the two angels at Lot’s house in order to have sex with them).

One of the most interesting prophetic scriptures relating to male homosexuality though is the prophecy in Daniel 11:36-37. Daniel says “And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done. Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.” The anti-Christ of the end times seemingly is a Jew which is indicated by God of his fathers, and is homosexual as he has no desire for women. Your spirit should have quickened after reading this information. So, the set up for a homosexual leader in the end times has always been a part of the plan of the evil one. Jesus said He came to destroy the works of the evil one. Those works have to be destroyed through our living according to His Word and according to the Spirit that indwells us if we believe.

The punishment for the sin in Romans 1 was that God gave them over to a debased mind. God hates sexual immorality and the devil uses every scheme, tactic, and sensory image to entice and entangle us and keep us bound to sexual immorality. We can’t turn on the television or radio or computer without images of sin. The spirits begin to attack our children at young ages and some of our children get these spirits in the birth canal being passed down from spirits in us. And now, it is legal by the world’s standards in the world’s system to be perpetually sexually immoral through homosexual marriages.

We have to reject exchanging what is natural for what is unnatural. Men have to reject leaving the natural use of a woman and burning with lust for another man. If we are struggling in the area of sexual immorality – homosexuality, God can and will bring us out if we surrender our flesh to Him. We can’t keep indulging in sexual immorality without suffering grave consequences; it could cost us our eternal life. Hell is real. There won’t be a party or social gathering or vacationing there. It is a fiery lake of burning sulfur; eternal burning. We must consecrate ourselves and come out of sin now. We reject the principles, regulations, and standards of the world’s system if it contradicts the kingdom’s systems. Yield not to temptation. Do not conform to the patterns of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Burning in hell is not an option for us.
